Common questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open the upgrade screen in the app and tap "Restore purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Ropora, and tap Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

How do I redeem a promo code?

In the app, go to Settings and choose "Redeem a code".

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and choose "Delete account". This permanently removes your data. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.
