Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Ropora iOS app and the getropora.com website. By using Ropora you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to use most features. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Ropora.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and content you add. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that content to provide the service (for example, generating studio photos and outfit previews). Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful, and only share social content you have the right to share.
AI features
Ropora uses AI to generate images and styling suggestions. AI output can be imperfect: generated photos may differ from the real garment, and suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees. AI features are subject to fair-use limits that vary by plan.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Ropora Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
- The annual plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription price is charged automatically.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
- Promo codes grant time-limited benefits, are single-use per account, and may not be exchanged for cash.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, abuse of rate limits, or use of the service to harass others or violate the law.
Termination
You can stop using Ropora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Ropora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
